Gua Lauk is a Geoheritage located in Lebaktipar Village,
Cilograng District, Lebak, Banten.
Rock Formation:
The rock composing the cave is a white-colored clastic limestone
containing foraminifera fossils. This rock is part of the limestone
Formation Cimapag of Early Miocene age.
Landscape:
This site is a limestone cave with typical cave ornaments such as
hanging stalactites. The cave has a length of approximately 1.500
m and is a subterranean cave fed by the Cisawarna River.
