Bukit Sodong is a Geoheritage located in Cihara Village,
Cihara District, Lebak Regency, Banten.

Rock Formation:
The rock is a grey sandstone with medium grain size and a
mineral content of quartz. There are sedimentary structures
in the form of parallel and cross-bedding laminations, and
there is a thin carbonaceous deposit on the sandstone. This
rock is part of the "Anggota Konglomerat Formasi Bayah"
which is from the Early Eocene and is a relic of an ancient
delta deposit.
