Geopark Bayah Dome Builds Synergy

The Director of Geopark Bayah Dome, Ir. H. Engkap Kapriadi, attended the Regional Device Forum event for the preparation of the Work Plan (Renja) at the Department of Culture and Tourism of Lebak Regency, held at the PKK Building Auditorium, on Wednesday, March 5, 2025. Also present were heads of departments, agencies, and organizations.

The event was opened by the Head of the Department of Culture and Tourism of Lebak Regency, Imam Rismahayadin, S. Hut., M. Si., who also presented the Renja material.

In the presentation, there was a strategic issue regarding culture and tourism that is closely related to Geopark Bayah Dome, namely the acceleration of the development of Geopark Bayah Dome as a center for culture, tourism, and the creative economy.

It is important to note that in 2026, there will be 52 programs under the Geopark Bayah Dome, with implementation institutions from the Department of Culture and Tourism of Lebak Regency, in accordance with the Master Plan of Geopark (RIG) Bayah Dome.

Geopark Bayah Dome will continue to grow and become a monumental icon when fully supported by the local government and all layers of the Lebak Regency community.
