"Socialization Meeting of Pokdarwis in Lebak Regency"

The Bayah Dome Geopark Management Body (BP GBD) provided information today, Lebak, Sawarna Beach, Thursday, April 25, 2024... In response to the invitation from all Pokdarwis in Lebak Regency, our BP Bayah Dome Geopark attended as a speaker to foster camaraderie and to socialize with Pokdarwis in the Sawarna area with the aim of providing information to all Pokdarwis administrators about the upcoming verification team visit from the National level to assess the Bayah Dome Geopark, which has received the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) decree to progress towards National Geopark status.

"The potential in the area to be visited, the Director of BP urges everyone to cooperate in fulfilling the assessment requirements, one of which is evidence of the Geopark Bayah Dome logo and name displayed on every wall as proof of cooperation between Pokdarwis and BP," expressed the BP Director.

This meeting was attended by the Department of Culture and Tourism of Lebak Regency, BP Bayah Dome Geopark, Bayah Sub-district Head, Pokdarwis Chairman, and the nearest village head.
