Granodiorit Cihara is an Internationally ranked Geoheritage,
located in Lebakpeundeuy Village, Cihara District, Lebak
Regency, Banten.

Rock Formation:
Granodiorite with white to gray color characteristics, phaneritic
texture, holocrystalline, equigranular, minerals identified are
quartz, plagioclase, K-feldspar, and biotite. Geochemically, the
granite in Bayah falls into type-S with its source originating from
clastic sedimentary rocks. This rock is part of the Cihara
Granodiorite Formation, formed in the Early-Late Oligocene.
The Cihara Granodiorite is a product of magmatism that led to
the formation of the Bayah Dome.
